Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Admissions with secondary supervision by the Aviation Admissions Counselor, the Aviation Communication Coordinator is responsible for the front-line customer service experience for prospective student through phone calls, live chats, inbound texts and e-mails. As the primary person monitoring all front-line communication channels for Spokane admissions, the Aviation Communication Coordinator will provide, in many cases, a prospective student's first impression of Moody Bible Institute in Spokane.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Provide excellent customer service in verbal and written form through various communication channels (live chat, text, phone, e-mail)
- Responsible for answering inbound communication messages quickly and accurately during assigned business hours.
- Work to connect prospective students with the Aviation Admissions Counselor through phone transfers, e-mail forwards and lead assignment within Salesforce.
- Complete weekly assigned campaigns via text, e-mail and phone.
- Work to further qualify leads in Salesforce by gathering more relevant information for the Aviation Admissions Counselor.
- Research and coordinate various local visit opportunities for the Aviation Admissions team to attend.
- Travel to and attend a variety of recruitment events (approximately 2-4 annually).
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong team player
- Passionate about Moody's Aviation's culture and mission
- Authorized to work in the US legally without sponsorship
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Degree from or established relationship with Moody Aviation
- Experience with CRM systems
- Over one year of experience in a customer service role.
