Assist the Data Center staff with scanning documents into the Perceptive Content/ImageNow document tracking system. Perform data audits, data corrections and create change ID packets for processing. More complex programming duties based on employee's interest and aptitude are possible.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
A strong attention to detail
The ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and data entry
The ability to operate office machines such as copiers, scanners, and computers
Applicant must learn and work well under pressure
The ability to think critically and solve complex problems
Preferred Qualifications
Completed course work in Computer Science
An interest in developing skills and experience in computer programming/database management
Essential Functions
Assist in maintaining the integrity of the college's databases by performing audits and/or processing data corrections
Create SSN/Student ID Change packets, including research, auditing, retrieving documentation, and scanning into the document imaging system.
Assist in maintaining and creating procedural and training guides
Perform other duties as required
Physical Demands
Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
Use of manual dexterity
Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation
