Job OverviewAs a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in leading and motivating the team to achieve performance goals.Duties- Supervise and support customer service representatives in daily tasks- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions- Train new team members on company policies and procedures- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and trends- Operate POS systems efficiently- Demonstrate excellent cash handling practices- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaborationExperience- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or wireless sales- Proven ability in supervising or leading a team- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Familiarity with recruiting processes is a plus- Knowledge of assistant manager duties and responsibilities- Proficiency in providing exceptional customer service- Ability to handle various customer inquiries with professionalism
