Overview:

CENTERS, LLC is a professional management firm specializing in facility, operation, and program management for higher education. CENTERS' management approach is customized for each client yet retains our uniform quality. Our firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.

Responsibilities:

Core Position Responsibilities:

  • Capture and edit photos/videos showcasing the Aquatic Center.
  • Collaborate with marketing on content for promotions.
  • Document events and create short story videos.
  • Produce high-quality content on deadlines.

Core Employee Responsibilities:

  • Work well with the team to support a positive culture.
  • Uphold brand standards.
  • Communicate professionally.
  • Available for evening/weekend work as needed.
  • Complete other marketing tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in shooting and editing photo/video
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Preferred experience with social media platforms
  • Basic writing/editing skills
  • 10-20 hours/week

Technical Competencies:

  • Social media platforms
  • Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite/Canva
  • Video editing software
  • Marketing principles and project management

  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Adaptable, motivated, and customer-focused

Human Relations:

Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include external customers and vendors. Contact involves troubleshooting, informing, exchanging information, negotiating, making recommendations, and giving information or instructions.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Work Environment:

  • Office environment/pool environment/fitness facility environment
  • Non-smoking environment
  • Moderate to loud noise
  • Evening or weekend work as required

Physical Demands:

  • Sitting at desk or table for at least 60% of the work day
  • Walking or working with facilities 40% of the work day
  • Repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement (while operating computer equipment)
  • Occasional bending, stooping
  • Eye-hand coordination (keyboard typing)
  • Hearing and talking
