Summary:We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's daily activities, enabling them to focus on high-priority projects.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including calendar management, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming emails and calls, handling inquiries and requests as appropriate.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including booking venues, arranging materials, and preparing agendas.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration by the executive team.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks to support work-life balance for the executive as required.
  • Coordinate special projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
