You'll inspect, sort, and rework nonconforming products to ensure compliance with customer and company quality specifications.Essential Responsibilities - Perform inspection duties to identify visual defects in nonconforming products. - Utilize rework priority lists to address quality issues effectively. - Support production by inspecting customer and engineering samples. - Document and label completed work accurately and deliver it to the Shipping Department. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Communicate with team members and supervisors to address scrap issues and ensure quality goals are met. - Adhere to company policies and perform tasks in cleanroom or controlled environments as required.*Minimum Qualifications * We're looking for individuals who: - Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal). - Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Work well independently and in a team setting. - Have basic knowledge of shop math (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.). - Are safety-conscious and maintain a clean workplace. - Are willing to work flexible shifts, including occasional overtime if needed.Work Environment - Climate-controlled facility. - ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified processes. - Cleanroom environments (ISO 8 and ISO 7).Why Join Us? - Flexibility: Work shifts that suit your schedule. - Welcoming Team: Be part of a supportive and professional environment. - Training Provided: No experience?
