Shift Notes: 8hr Days - Typically 8a-5p Monday-Thursday and Friday 7a or 8a to 12pm 36hr gtThis facility will not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of facility. Our approach to physical therapy includes direct involvement with each patient, combining advanced hands-on techniques with patient education and individualized rehabilitative programs. Each of our therapists has training in a wide variety of traditional techniques - and many also have training in non-traditional treatment methods. We're Helping Patients Who Have: Orthopaedic and sports injuries Gait training Balance training, fractures, sprains and dislocations Musculoskeletal dysfunctions Neck and back pain Neurological disorders (such as stroke and Parkinsons) Balance and fall prevention Bone and joint diseases Hand injuries Workplace injuries Pelvic floor dysfunction Incontinence Pulmonary rehabilitation Typical patient ratio: 8/day Monday-Thursday, 4/5 on Friday. This traveler will be able to provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses including post operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance and vertigo issues. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required (New grads will not be considered for this need) Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed Must have VERTIGO experience (LSVT BIG Certification preferred) Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required Previous Rehab Experience - Required Previous travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos. CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
