Greet and direct customers, perform general office functions and secretarial duties, provide clerical support for Rehabilitation personnel, and perform physical therapy aide duties as required.
Job Specifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Should have secretarial background and experience with office equipment and personal computers. Must have typing speed of at least 30 wpm and transcription capabilities. Current CPR certification is not required, but is preferred.JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Proficiency in office procedures such as work processing, Excel, Outlook, filing, writing, answering phones and conveying information. Must possess good organizational and communication skills. The patient population must be considered when assessing job knowledge required from the employee.
