Part-Time Warehouse Associate - Driver Check-In position performs work related to receipt, shipment, storage and distribution of products. Job Description:
- Check-in drivers who have completed their daily delivery routes.
- Separate and count all returned items to verify the product/quantity match what's on the driver's return and adjustment sheet.
- Document all shortages, overages and damaged items in accordance with Company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
- Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety.
- Comply with OSHA and SDS standards.
- Safely operate equipment associated with warehouse activities.
- May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Job Requirements: - Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 2:00 pm-7:00 pm or until the work is complete, maximum of 28 hours per week
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math and reading comprehension.
- Good attendance and attention to detail is required.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be able to work in hot and cold conditions.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly.
Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
