Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our network of healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist contracted through our staffing agency, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies. This flexible role offers the freedom to choose assignments based on your availability and preferences. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' musculoskeletal and neuromuscular function, mobility, strength, flexibility, and pain level. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines. Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities to improve patients' physical function, restore mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent disability. Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and functional training to optimize patients' functional abilities. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, home exercise program, and strategies for injury prevention and self-management. Monitor patients' progress throughout the course of treatment, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Qualifications: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state(s) of practice. Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in a relevant healthcare setting. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning skills. Proficiency in implementing a variety of physical therapy interventions and modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with patients and colleagues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
