Descriptionof Duties 1. Understand source data and query legacy data to analyzesource data using strong SQL and PL-SQL skills 2. Merge data from multiple data sources to be loaded intothe target systems 3. Collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to developoverall target system data dictionary 4. Transform andload data from legacy systems into SAP BRIM across components in scope,including SAP S/4HANA (Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing,Financial Contract Accounting, Banking, Sales & Distribution, MaterialsManagement), Convergent Mediation, and Convergent Charging 5. Analyzelegacy system data structures and extract structured and unstructured data fromlegacy data sources 6. Performsource to target mapping to map data fields from legacy systems to SAP BRIMdata structures 7. Define,develop, and maintain business rules and cross-referencing tables 8. Transformdata using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, including SAP BODS, ADMM, MSSQL-S 9. Cleanse andvalidate data to ensure accuracy and consistency 10. Implement Data Masking or Data hashing so no PII data isincluded in lower environments 11. Plan and oversee detailed schedule and progress againstmilestones 12. Perform delta loads for extreme high volume transformeddata into SAP BRIM using standard migration tools in a timely and extremelyefficient timeframe to minimize downtime for migration 13. Validate data integrity and resolve any discrepancies 14. Perform high-volume data reconciliation for technicalverification and business validation 15. Work closely with functional consultants, businessanalysts, and technical teams 16. Participate in data migration workshops and provideexpertise 17. Document data migration processes, mappings, andvalidation rules 18. Create data migration runbooks for future reference 19. Develop and maintain a productive working relationshipwith technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and keyclients. 20. Lead and participate in project team activities forsystem work efforts related to enterprise systems. 21. Work independently to accomplish the tasks and dutiesassigned. 22. Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, andprocedures. 23. Utilize various software and/or technology tools toperform job duties. 24. Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC. Training/ Experience Desired or Required a. Tollingexperience is preferred b. Experience inmigrating data in systems leveraging Microsoft Dynamics as the CRM engineintegrated with SAP S/4 HANA as the backend is highly desired c. 5 years'experience as an SAP BRIM Data Specialist/Engineer/Analyst in SAP S/4 HANAhosted in Azure cloud required with 8+ years desired d. Experiencemigrating closed transactions to recreate historic customer information in SAPS/4 HANA so customers can dispute closed transactions in highly desired e. Experience onat least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation migrating extremely highvolume of data required (15+ million customer records, and 1+ Billiontransactions) required f. 5 years ofusing BODS for transformation and loading data into SAP is required and withability to load into non SAP systems high desirable g. Strong expertlevel PL-SQL, SQL skills required h. Equivalentcombination of education and/or experience may be accepted. i. Proficient inthe Microsoft Office 3NA suite of business software including Teams, Word,Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module. j. Additionalbeneficial skills include:•EnterpriseBusiness Solutions, specifically SAP projects.•ITIL / ITSMpractices and methodologies. EngagementRequirements •Candidate'slocation is preferred to be within the Continental United States •Overtime requestsalways need to have prior approval of Project Principal with the rightfulreasons for overtime. •This position is primarily remote; however, this position will require reporting to the Commission'sheadquarters during key phases of the project - Solution Confirmation, ProgramIncrement Cycles (PI), Showbacks, System Integration Test Cycles (SITs), UserAcceptance Test (UAT), Go-Live, Immediately Post- Go-Live (Hypercare).
