Pelican Grand is looking for a full time Public Area Attendant to join our team! The Public Area Attendant must adhere to Pelican Grand policies and procedures when it comes to sanitation (including scheduled COVID cleaning times) and upkeep of public areas. Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cleans, sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums; polishes walls, floors and fixtures within the resort.
- Picks up and disposes of trash.
- Provides quality customer service to patrons/guests and occasionally performs work with minimal supervision.
- Assists other departmental personnel and performs special projects as assigned.
- Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Candidates must be able to work well independently as well as greet guests in public areas in a welcoming and professional manner.

Requirements
- High School Education.
- 1+ years Previous public area/janitorial experience required.
