Keep reading.The Public Area Attendant keeps main resort buildings and hotels in a clean and orderly condition on both the inside and outside. This position maintains the highest levels of cleanliness in our public areas, working both independently and as a part of a team while performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office spaceEmpties trash and garbage containersCleans bathrooms on a routine basisNotifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipmentEnsures proper stock in supply closets, keeping all required equipment (vacuums and carpet cleaners) in working orderMaintains cleanliness outside of buildings, as needed, in walkways, on lawns, parking lots, etcMust maintain a flexible schedule to potentially include nights and weekends.WHY WORK AT JAY PEAK?We're a team of good-natured folks at the heart and soul of a growing resort community.
