Job DescriptionLocation : Nashville, TN (Hybrid), Duration : 12+ Months ContractResponsibilities:TNCHAP Engagement:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Ryan White Part B Program and TNCHAPs, regional planning groups across Tennessee.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Ryan White Part B Program and TNCHAPs to ensure effective planning and coordination of HIV/AIDS services statewide.
- Attend TNCHAP meetings regularly to provide updates on program initiatives, solicit feedback, and foster collaboration with community stakeholders.
- Community Engagement and Coordination:
- Coordinate the program's presence at community events across the state, working closely with TNCHAPs and local organizations to raise awareness of HIV-related healthcare services.
- Engage with Ryan White Part B consumers statewide and coordinate and facilitate routine consumer meetings.
- Collaborate with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance access to HIV care and services statewide.
- Presentation Material Development:
- Develop presentation materials for routine TNCHAP meetings, summarizing program updates, data trends, and key initiatives.
- Collaborate with program staff to gather relevant information and data for presentation purposes, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Design visually engaging and informative materials to effectively communicate program updates, awareness, and outcomes to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Provider and Consumer Engagement:
- Actively engage with Ryan White Part B providers to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives, and to address any challenges or barriers to service delivery.
- Foster consumer engagement by involving consumers in program planning and decision-making processes, and by promoting opportunities for consumer feedback and input.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase consumer participation in program activities and initiatives.
- Program Support:
- Assist with administrative duties related to TNCHAP coordination, including scheduling meetings, distributing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Support the development and implementation of statewide HIV community planning activities, working closely with TNCHAPs to prioritize needs and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide leadership on public relations efforts, including developing materials to promote the work of TNCHAPs and the Ryan White-funded HIV services statewide.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Experience in community engagement, stakeholder coordination, or related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications; proficiency in design software preferred (ie. Adobe, Canva, etc.).
