Our client, is seeking a Housing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have very strong office and customer service experience and a friendly demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Housing SpecialistLocation: FairmontPay Range: $19What's the Job? Some of the duties are as follows:
- Manage wait list for public housing
- Take applications and interview applicants, select tenants
- Maintain required occupancy levels
- Perform move in/move out processes
- Act as a liaison between residents and social services
What's Needed?
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Must have a valid WV drivers license
- Must have excellent verbal, written, keyboard, organizational/office management skills
- Must have good to superior computer skills with the ability to type 45 wpm
- Must have a professional appearance and have an ability to deal courteously and tactfully with a variety of people
- Have a dedication to creating and maintaining a positive residential environment
