Utilizes creativity and best practices to present Hillcrest in the most positive ways and attract more followers.Creates and edits creative and impactful videos for use on website, social media, YouTube, etc.Supports public relations efforts of the organization as directed by the Director of Marketing and Communications, including creating press releases and pitching the media to secure coverage; all communications will be creative, grammatically correct and posted promptly on our website and social media outlets.Writes, designs and publishes quarterly newsletters for multiple service lines by the established deadlines; collaborates with select team members to gather necessary information; creates calendar templates, edits and prints monthly calendars.Utilizes the ManageEngine Helpdesk system to schedule, coordinate and complete projects in concert with other members of the marketing team. Occasionally develops brand consistent flyers and invitations and may work with freelancers for support.Organizes marketing materials and giveaways in basement storage for easy access by marketing team; maintains an up-to-date electronic inventory spreadsheet; keeps service line collateral holders, marketing box, credenzas, etc. stocked with up-to-date materials and initiates the reorder process with the Director of Marketing and Communications as needed.What do I need to be considered?STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).Associate's degree in related field required; Bachelor's preferred.At least two years' experience with public relations, writing and social media required.At least one year experience with design and video production preferred.About Hillcrest:As a local organization, we offer a tight-knit, friendly environment with the benefits and options of a large company!#J-18808-Ljbffr
