Location: Brenham,TX, USA
Operates multi-line phone system, routes calls, processes work orders, and monitors and operates city control systems to include Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Outage Management System (OMS), Asset Essentials database, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI); performs dispatch tasks as assigned.
This position is a non-exempt hourly position with a starting rate of $15.06 per hour.

Education and/or ExperienceHigh school graduation or its equivalent; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities and one or more years related experience and/or training.

Skill/Ability ToOperate multi-line phone system; operate computers, including standard word processing, excel, and specialty software; establish and maintain effective working relationships; communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; read and understand manuals and other documents; respond promptly to customer needs; use time efficiently; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; use materials and equipment properly.
