Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. All associates of Airstream are required to know and adhere to the policies and procedures which pertain to his/her position.
- Create drawings; photograph parts (new and old) to be added to MAS and Internet Parts Solution
- Maintain new procedural, maintenance, and specification information
- Maintain and update/change information as parts change
- Create and maintain safety information, warning, caution, and danger notices
- Inspect units annually or as needed and compare manuals for accuracy
- Select a publishing company, update printer's website with revised manuals as needed inventory, and order manuals monthly as needed
- Organize and proof the creation of covers with Marketing Dept.
- Post new parts books annually and changes as needed to Internet Parts Solutions; send new and updated owner's manuals and parts books for website upload
- Other duties and manuals and publications as requested (example: tire safety manuals, owner's rights booklets, moisture control addendums, warranty cards, etc.)
Education and/or Experience: Must be working towards a business, design or related degree.Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be able to work with a computer, copier, and camera.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Print Screen Pro, DWG SEE (Print Viewer), Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat Creator is beneficial.
- Must be able to work with customers, dealers, suppliers, internal personnel in various departments.
