Currently, we are seeking a skilled Publishing Specialist to join our client, a well-established financial institution, on a six-month contract. This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring an onsite presence in Downtown LA three days a week, with some flexibility for strong candidates from Irvine.

Your Expertise:

• Proven experience in updating and formatting content for print, PDFs, and presentations, following established templates in PowerPoint using the Seismic platform.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 (advanced) and Microsoft Excel (intermediate), with critical charting skills.
• Experience in creating and updating charts, graphs, templates, and exhibits for communication materials, websites, and presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Update and create data, formatting, layout, and design for various print, PDF, and presentation materials.
• Customize communication materials according to client needs while adhering to brand, style, and data presentation guidelines.
• Prepare presentation files and notes for use in meetings, conferences, and webcasts.
• Collaborate with the creative and business teams to ensure all content aligns with the organization's branding and communication standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally 1-3 years of experience working in a corporate creative environment.
