The role:
- Works in collaboration with engineers and service professionals to solve problems.
- Conducts product presentations and demonstrations to enhance the knowledge and product awareness of current and potential customers.
- Establishes rapport and engages in joint sales calls with all stakeholders.
- Performs failure analysis of mechanical equipment and reports findings.
- Manages equipment performance improvement programs, reports actions and results in quarterly meetings.
- Ability to interpret industry standards and engineering specifications (API and ASME)
