Our dedication has been recognized with The Home Depot's Service Provider of the Year award in 2019, 2020, and 2021.Join us as we continue to build stronger foundations and communities, one installation at a time.This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support for any PRO Commercial jobs; whether from ACS owned, Property management or any Home Depot related PRO Jobs. This position is the point of contact person addressing setting up measures, building quotes, answering quote, questions, following up on open quotes, ordering material, coordinating installations schedule with workrooms, while following up closing all jobs and ensuring all payments are received are accounted for.About You(Who we're looking for)
  • You are a sales experienced administrator looking for your next challenge. You can manage day-to-day administrative duties involved.
  • You have a proactive approach when it comes to engaging with customers during key points of a quote to make sure they are satisfied.
Essential Functions(What you would be in charge of)
  • You will be the point of contact for ACS and the customer should there be issues or concerns regarding installation or pricing related to ACS driven sales.
  • You will build quotes and measurements for clients, and follow up with set SLA's
  • Will perform quote follow up, to close all open opportunities.
  • You will maintain lead status updates
  • You will mark orders as sold and maintain record statuses and files.
  • You will create purchase orders to place material orders, follow up with procurement department to ensure confirmed estimated time of arrival.

  • You have been in a sales role before and are looking for your next challenge
  • You value customer service and understand what it means to Say Yes to the customer
  • You are not afraid of challenges and adapt to changes in processes. You understand needs change and can change the course of negatively impacting issues.
  • Problem solving is something you call yourself a pro at.
  • Strong time management skills.
