Job Description:

We're expand our team and looking to hire a Purchase Order Coordinator, specializing in purchase order issuance. This individual needs to be extremely proficient with Excel including knowledge of Excel Power Query.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the production team to receive recaps and ensure all necessary items are accurately written on Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Work closely with the Imports team to obtain HTS codes and update the system accordingly.
  • Organize and manage data efficiently by vendor and factory.
  • Set up pricing conditions for articles across multiple vendors.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all entered data to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Generate and issue POs, ensuring all details are complete and correct.
  • Update ex-factory dates for all items, with the ability to do this in bulk.
  • Perform final checks on all details before processing POs.
  • Maintain and update POs as necessary throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills, with expertise in functions such as VLOOKUP, IF-THEN statements, and Pivot Tables.
  • Proficiency in Power Query is required.
  • Knowledge of VBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with any programming language is considered a bonus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in wholesale, preferably within the apparel industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Annual salary $80,000-$90,000.
