Reports To: VP of SB Maintenance
Position Summary: Purchase parts, tools, supplies, or services necessary for the proper functioning at all Fullington Locations. This will include sourcing and looking for the best price before placing orders.

- Purchase the highest quality parts and services within assigned budgetary restrictions and in the correct amounts required.
- Purchasing parts, accessories, tools, fluids, cleaning/office supplies, etc. for multiple location transportation company
- Organization and management of large-scale inventory
- Completion and monitoring of current purchase order system
- Responsible for proper receipt and delivery of parts throughout all locations
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and future vendors
- Interact with UPS and other shipping service to ensure parts get efficiently and cost effectively distributed throughout the organization
- Ensure best pricing by competitively shopping for all purchases
- Track all core returns for proper credit
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of parts department
- Prepare purchase orders, and review requisitions for goods and services
- Monitor shipments to ensure goods arrive timely and resolve problems related to undelivered goods
- Review inventory levels of current stock to determine part needs so that access to routine supplies is sufficient
- Pick up parts from suppliers as necessary
- Help maintain a safe working environment and interact with OSHA representatives

Minimum Educational Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience
