- Maintain vendor contact lists and account info
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Material take-offs to determine order quantities
- Maintain and file quotations
- Bid analysis using Bid Comparison tools
- Track and update Job Readiness spreadsheets
- Coordinate logistics for inbound materials
- Work cross-functionally to support staff across the organization
- Reconcile material shortages
- Maintain Inventory Control throughout the plant
- Support all ERP process requirements
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and expand the vendor base
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills & team builder
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Computer skills; Excel, ERP, Microsoft Office
- Team player among all levels of the organization working together to achieve business objectives
Education and Experience:
- BS degree in Finance, Construction Management, or Accounting preferred.
