Position Specific Performance Expectations:
- Adheres to all MRH policies and standards of behavior and performance for service excellence.
- Creates new product ID's and maintains master file focusing on accurate and complete entry of information.
- Researches and identifies source for supplies, equipment and repairs through GPO contracts, competitive pricing, on-time delivery, and technical service.
- Set-up and maintain vendor files focusing on accurate and complete entry of information.
- Maintains established inventory par levels by placing timely orders compensating for availability (back orders, lead times, discontinuances) and adjusting for shortages and overages accordingly.
- Identifies and removes surplus and obsolete inventory recuperating costs through returns, sales or donations.
- Processes order requisition, repairs/loaners, quotations, returns and reports damages, shortages, miss-shipments expeditiously. Follows through on reverse logistical transactions between Accounts Payable and vendor.
- Negotiates pricing, payment terms, discounts, freight terms/conditions, and delivery requirements.
- Obtains certification of delivery and approves payment of invoice with a three way match; reconcile purchase orders and communicates with Accounts Payable regarding invoice variances.
- Communicates with vendors and account representatives to ensure efficient flow of goods and services and to reconcile orders resolving issues related to product availability.
- Manages employee access to the Materials Management Department. Actively tracks statistical data related to departmental access and specific job duties.
- Understands the function and can perform the job duties Warehouse Tech II and Warehouse Tech.
- Orders monthly office supplies and balances monthly office supply statements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Minimum Requirement:
- Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions)
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable)
- Must complete employee health meeting
Education/Licensure/Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Unencumbered License/Certification (if applicable)
Experience:
- Purchasing experience preferred.
- Three to five years warehouse and inventory control experience.
- Healthcare experience is desirable.
