Job Title: Purchasing CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. The primary function of this role is to manage and enter part numbers, purchase order numbers, quantities, delivery dates, and other relevant data within SAP. The ideal candidate will also utilize pivot tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel to efficiently track and manage invoices and expedite orders.NEEDS SAP AND EXCELResponsibilitiesEnter part numbers, purchase order numbers, quantities, and delivery dates within SAP.Utilize pivot tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel for data management and tracking.Expedite orders and track invoices to ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with various departments to streamline purchasing processes.Essential SkillsProficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.A minimum of 2 years of experience in expediting, invoice tracking, or related fields.High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience with SAP software.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently within a team environment.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a corporate office environment that is air-conditioned.
