- Facilitate orders with Boyd Shared Services Procurement
- Work with Receiving to maintain and ensure accuracy of orders,
- specifications, delivery times, and back orders.
- Work with Corporate Procurement to address consistent shortages,
- exchanges, or issues with products/vendors and to secure sample
- requests.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Procurement policies, procedures,
- and programs.
- Responsible for vendor registration/onboarding, verifying orders,
- maintaining accurate records of purchased goods, and ensuring quality
- of goods received. Serves as liaison between property operations and
- suppliers. Submits all non-gaming vendor applications to Regulators.
- Work with corporate partners on verifying (not soliciting or entering)
- vendor bids, compliance with state regulatory licensing processes,
- reporting and tracking minority and diversity spend.
- Responsible for clerical and administrative duties that include but are
- not limited to monthly inventory records, diversity spend reporting and
- other reporting needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Finance or Purchasing preferred.
- Experience required in sourcing Food & Beverage and/or General
- Goods & Services.
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong
- computer and systems literacy.
- Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by
- Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
