**Job Description**
The Purchasing/Inventory Department Data Entry Clerk for Conrad's is a full time opportunity and averages 40-45 hours per week.
Skill requirements for this role include being a fast learner and a motivated self-starter. Strong attention to detail and work ethic are required to maintain accountability in this role. Microsoft Office, Internet/website user experience is required.
As the Purchasing/Inventory Dept. Clerk for Conrad's, you will place parts, tires & supply orders. You will be responsible for parts & tire receipt approvals and corrections along with tire adjustment credit reconciliations. You will conduct price variance research and corrections. You will provide point of sale support. The Purchasing/Inventory Dept.Clerk is also involved in parts overstock, employee work order compliance, open transfer reports, purchase order reconciliations and vendor buyout maintenance. Other responsibilities include processing product overage/shortage claims, warranty claims, current and and obsolete inventory returns to vendors. This role will also assist in physical inventories, CT Parts and Distribution Deliveries as directed.
