Should always promote a positive company culture and uphold the core values of Isaiah House.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:Self-Starter - Decisive - Process oriented - Attention to detail - Excellent written and oral communication - Coachable - Flexible - Calm under pressure - DependableSKILL SETS:•Microsoft Word•Excel•Basic math skills•Basic computer knowledge•Customer service skills•Exceptional organization skillsPHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:•Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk for an extended period.•Ability to lift objects 50 lbs. or more, occasionally above the head.•Willing and able to walk around the facility and deliver supplies to other departments.•Ability to use pallet jack.•Ability to operate a docking plate and bay door controls.JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:•Maintain the stock of supplies and materials on hand.•Keep accurate records of inventory.•Unload delivery trucks, ensuring full order is received, integrate deliveries into current inventory.•Notify departments or staff members who requested items and let them know the items have arrived.•Report any damage of items delivered immediately, before signing for delivery.•Fill all supply orders and order inventory stock as needed.•Ability to have great attention to detail and exceptional math skills.•Able to maintain accurate records and update as needed.•Excellent communication skills.•Lead by example to our clients and fellow staff members.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:1. Adheres to Isaiah House policies and procedures.2. Attends mandatory in-services and other training/educational programs as required.3. Adheres to OSHA guidelines and any safety regulations.Salary Description $17.00/hour
