• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in residential homebuilding purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction materials, methods, and market dynamics.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
