Purchasing Manager

We're supporting an automotive T-1/T-2 supplier of injection molded parts. They're searching for an experienced Purchasing Manager who will focus on purchasing activities for all materials, supplies, equipment and services. You'll have the opportunity to support some of America's largest OEMs while working with experts in the injection molding industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage supplier relationships
• Conduct competitive sourcing and benchmarking
• Oversee purchasing operations
• Monitor and document procurement activities
• Build out department processes and procedures

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a purchasing role for an automotive supplier
• Proven background of cost savings
• Ideally, some management experience
• Ideally, experience in an injection molding environment
• Ideally, experience working in an unstructured environment and implementing processes
