The Purposeful Engagement Partner focuses on the residents' opportunities to engage in activities that meet their physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual and recreational interests. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, preferred
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a team player
