Leading global company in solar energy is looking for a PV Plant Operator in their Rocklin, California location (Sacramento). This organization is a producer and manufacturer of solar inverters for photovoltaics systems with grid connection, off-grid power supply and backup operations. The PV Plant Operator will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring and operation of commercial and utility scale photovoltaic power plants across the company's O&M customer base.Utilizing company and 3rd party monitoring platforms will review incoming alarms, analyze problems, manage tickets, resolve monitoring network issues, and prepare customer reports.Will remotely control and regulate production and voltage levels through utility transmission systems as directed by Utility System Operators. This is great opportunity to get high level responsibility in a control room environment.You will be working in their Solar Monitor Center and make sure the customer site running at maximized energy efficiencies. They have hired military candidates before with Control Room Experience.$28.85/hour plus built-in overtime, 401k and great benefits, and possible bonus.Schedule 4 on 4 off 3 on 3 off rotating. 12 pm to 12midnight schedule.Location is Rocklin, CA. Right outside Sacramento. Lower cost of living for CA.
