As a Quantitative Developer in this team, you ensure that the Quantitative Researchers have a best-in-class toolset available to quickly generate any analysis and research required.Key responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Quantitative Researchers to develop a deep understanding of workflows and business problemsDistill and translate those insights into solutions to be shared across multiple teamsBuild products and frameworks to provide insight into our investment processes and performanceDrive adoption through education, documentation and assisted implementationBe responsive to dynamic business demand and handle unique situationsRequirements:BS or MS in a relevant and highly technical field (computer science, math, physics, etc.)2+ years software development experience, strong experience in building high quality software in PythonDemonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate them into intuitive solutionsDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with technical and non-technical usersAffinity for developing effective visualizations of complex dataIntellectual curiosity and passion for solving quantitative problems in finance with technologyDemonstrated interest in or knowledge of finance#J-18808-Ljbffr
