Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Assistant will be responsible for clerical duties, compliance duties, and creating quality metrics within the Quality Assurance department. Essential Functions: Developing Training Modules in Learning Management System (LMS) independently and maintaining LMS system Coordinate with domestic and international Globus subsidiaries during the implementation of LMS system Coordinate and organize third party scanning process for Quality related documentations Participate in continuous improvement functions and implement changes for improved Data entry for Document Control (e.g. SOPs, TURs, NCMR, Complaints) Generating Excel Spreadsheets Creating graphs and trending reports Filing Construct folders and databases Scanning documents Physical inventory checks Perform database searches Perform file audits Assist in day-to-day functions of the Quality Assurance Department Participate in continuous improvement functions and implement changes for improved Other duties and responsibilities as necessary Adhere to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties of Globus Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of office experience, which includes filing, scanning, and data entry Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel programs Proven ability to evaluate and interpret technical data; audit experience preferred Strong typing skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving techniques Excellent communication and writing skills Physical Demands : The physical demands listed here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
