Olsten Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced QA Associate for one of our clients located in the Dillon, SC area. Please click Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below:Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of eggs, chicks, and processing areas to ensure compliance with quality standards- Monitor hatchery processes and document findings, reporting any deviations or concerns to the QA Manager- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, including food safety, animal welfare, and biosecurity procedures- Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspections, and corrective actions taken- Train hatchery staff on quality and safety protocols as needed- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with audits as requiredQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in quality assurance, preferably within a food production or hatchery environment- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to food safety, biosecurity, and quality control (HACCP, USDA, etc.)- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment- Effective communication and teamwork skillsOlsten provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.
