The ideal candidate will support activities within the Quality Assurance department with primary focus and responsibilities in the ongoing support of Quality Systems operations. This is a contract position and can start immediately.

responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ This role supports Quality Systems functions and operations. Key tasks may include:
+ Process and/or Retrieve documents upon request.
+ Scan and Archive documents as required.
+ Ensures the Quality e-Drive is accurate and maintained.
+ Process and manage updates to all Controlled Documents including but not limited to (i.e., SOPs, Validation Documents, Specifications, Test Methods, Quality Agreements, etc.)
+ Ability to monitor and report on assigned tasks, goals, and objectives.
+ Perform other tasks as assigned.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
qualifications:
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor's degree required preferably in the areas of science or technology (i.e., chemistry, micro-biology, biology, engineering, etc.)
+ Two or more years of cGMP experience preferred; consideration will be given to other relevant experience and education.
+ Demonstrated high level to detail, organization, and task management.
+ Demonstrated ability to plan and work independently with a demonstrated ability to execute task; logically plan; and ability to execute and perform follow-up activities.
+ Demonstrates a systematic approach to problem solving & troubleshooting.
