QA Automation Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Lead with recent expertise in Java, Selenium, BDD, and TestNG. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in automation tools, along with proficiency in manual and automated software testing processes. This role involves designing and implementing testing strategies, collaborating with Agile development teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Candidates with experience in the banking payments domain are preferred. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test cases, record results, and collaborate with software engineers to identify and resolve defects • Analyze business requirements to design and implement effective testing strategies • Contribute as a technical member of an Agile development team to deliver high-quality, timely software • Implement and support Continuous Testing, Integration, and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for applications • Perform database testing using strong SQL knowledge • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and ensure software reliability Required Qualifications • Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation tools, including Java, Selenium, BDD, and TestNG • Proficiency in manual and automated software testing tools and processes • Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies • Strong SQL skills for database testing Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the banking payments domain Education: Bachelors Degree
