QA JD:Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluates all batch samples per specifications.
- Evaluates all raw materials per specifications. Compares COA results to specification.
- Maintains accurate records of all test results and generates certificates of analysis per customer request.
- Coordinates equipment sanitation and swab testing on production equipment.
- Routinely conducts in-house QA audits.
- Participates in various special projects as instructed by Supervisor.
- Conducts daily scale and metal detector checks of the packing room equipment.
- Conducts routine equipment calibrations.
- Evaluates production lines for all QA procedures and specification requirements.
- Ensure control of Allergens and compliance with Allergen Control Program.
- Ensure Organic segregation and compliance with Organic System Plan.
- Audits and assures employee compliance to GMP guidelines.
- Investigates customer complaints against retained samples.
- Audits sanitation of blending and production equipment.
- Routine Sensory Analysis of ingredients and Products.
- Report raw material and product quality issues and work to resolve issue and implement corrective action.
- Perform ongoing shipping and receiving procedures for quality and food safety inspections.
