Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our dynamic team in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Technology QA and a passion for building robust tooling for automated testing. As a QA Lead, you will collaborate closely with development teams to enhance our testing processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities:•Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in a fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.•Develop and implement automated testing strategies and tools and implement inner-sourced test library.•Be a hands-on leader for a cross-functional team to design, build, and maintain automated test suites for component, integration, and end-to-end tests.•Challenge existing processes and practices, driving the evolution of QA methodologies to align with rapid development cycles.•Utilize strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.•Experienced in comprehensive testing of microservices-based architectures and familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or Solace. Qualifications:•5+ years of experience in leading QA teams, particularly in a financial technology environment.•Proficient in either Python required, proficiency in other OOD languages desired•Proficient in typescript/javascript and C#•Expertise in test automation and integrating tests with CI process
