Pay Rate: 50.36 /hr - USD 63.50 /hrInsight Global is hiring for a QA Lead to join a large, streaming client. This QA Lead will be joining the Direct-to-Consumer team. This QA Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end test delivery in support of Peacock International Program. This QA Lead willbe responsible for maintaining the communication and relationships with other teams and test leads across the technology organization as well as oversee and coordinate the development of test plans. Furthermore, this QA Lead Will be leading a team comprised of 5-8 individuals made up of QA Engineers and Specialists who are supporting the coordination of end-to-end QA testing for Peacock features across all platforms. On a day-to-day, this QA Lead will be managing and reviewing test plans, participate in Technical Development Analysis (TDA) meetings to plan and estimate QA efforts and provide features delivery timelines, act as the liaison for development/program/systems teams, be able to prioritize testing and Jira tickets that come in based on business objectives, and report test execution status to Test Managers, Project Managers and Release Managers to ensure that all project deliverables are met.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Management- Experience with building test plans and coordinating QA/UAT with functional teams- Prior experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies, particularly within streaming- Experience working with remote or international delivery teams.- Proficient in working with Confluence and managing JIRA boards.- Familiarity with current popular Connected Device/OTT (tvOS/Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Xbox One, PS4, etc.)- Familiarity with Project Management principles to support program delivery.- Must be able to learn and understand end-to-end Systems Workflows.Bachelor's Degree in related field Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceStreaming Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
