A client of Insight Global is seeking to add a QA/QC to its growing team in the Kansas City, MO area! The QA/QC will be responsible for project development and the site's quality concerns and issues on a large-scale level. You will complete the job by fulfilling job duties such as: - Reviews project development folder and familiarizes themselves with project documentation, policies, and procedures- Reviews contract and documentation for accuracy- Ensure subcontractor provides required installation pictures weekly and managed equipment picture folders- Complete BIM 360 field L3 checklists and upload pictures to BIM 360 field- Attend all site meetings and record meeting minutes- Attend weekly scheduled meetings with subcontractor and take meeting minutes- Updates Smartsheet checklists and schedule weekly- Liaise with the PM regarding any quality concerns and issuesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. - 2+ years of previous supervisory or management experiencewill be overseeing a large team of security technicians and construction crews- Previous experience in construction industry (commercial/industrial grade)- Previous completion of security camera installation - security camera system knowledge- Complete understanding of processes for issue reporting and rectification- Proficient in Microsoft applications and data entry- Proficient organization and time management skills- OSHA 10 certificationneeds ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. - Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
