- Responsible for reporting monthly metrics
- Supports all customer complaints and audit findings investigations and corrective actions
- Assists and/or manages containment
- Supports and participates in shop floor audits
- Manages HOLD process
- Supports all external and internal investigations
- Assists with activities for Change Management
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Assists in training of QA technicians and QA support of Dojo training for all new hires
