QA/Systems Area Manager

This is what you will do as the QA/Systems Area Manager:- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally or in writing (such as. customers, suppliers, associates)- Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility- Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility- Manage systems hardware and software maintenance and installation- Manage the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs- Manage the troubleshooting of systems applications- Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility- Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibilityThe shift for this position is typically Tuesday - Friday, 5am - 4pm (there may be a little extra time required before or after shift, depending on how well you can manage your time).Base salary, plus target bonus is 16%, max bonus is 20%. $5,500 in annual restricted stock units and very strong relocation package.
