We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It will be Onsite 3 days a week
What You'll Do
Develop test automation strategies
Develop and implement automated testing strategies, test plans, and test cases for e-commerce websites, integrations, and related systems
Leverage automation tools and accelerators where possible to maximize the efficiency of generating automated test scripts and code
Lead the creation and execution of automated test suites and frameworks
Design and implement automated testing methodologies that are repeatable and scalable
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including quality engineering consulting, development, and product management to ensure that quality issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
Mentor and lead a team of offshore QA automation engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
Investigate and report on defects, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans
Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure that testing requirements are properly scoped and accounted for
Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and methodologies
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in test automation and 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with software quality assurance and testing large, complex e-commerce websites
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience with multiple test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress
Experience with test automation tools such as Cucumber JS
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with Agile
Experience managing a team of offshore test automation engineers
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
