SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join a dynamic team at a leading food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards in our food production processes. This role requires a deep understanding of food safety regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Job Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines, raw materials, and finished products- Monitor HACCP critical control points- Ensure all records are organized and kept up to date as per any changes- Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints- Train and mentor junior QA staff and production personnel on quality standards and procedures- Identify areas for improvement in the production process and quality control systems- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiencyJob RequirementsJob Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Food Science, preferred- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and conducting microbiological and chemical analyses- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
