Position Description:
CGI is seeking to hire a Workday Test Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise to support our strategic Insurance clients across a range of impactful projects. You'll be at the forefront of Workday replacements, implementations, and the rollout of new features, enhancements, upgrades, change requests, and regulatory setups.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can hit the ground running with the ability to shape and expand our Test Management offerings and develop our team.
This role can be performed from our offices in New Brunswick, NJ, (Preferred) New York, NY, Plymouth Meeting, PA, or Lafayette, LA in a Hybrid Model.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Ensure solutions meet the expected quality, functionality and usability requirements.
Starting with the testability analysis for software, hardware and infrastructure you will:
* Be responsible for test project success
* Resource management both on/off-shore.
* Manage the test activities around the project, including resource coordination and test assignment
* Support with creation of test plans / scenarios by selecting or designing new test cases
* Track the test progress and reported issues
* Document and present the test results
* Ensure that the technical test environments are complete and ready for the testing
* Align with internal and external stakeholders on current and overall quality assurance status, and share best practices with clients and internal CGI community
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
7 years experience in test management & test planning
5 years of Workday testing experience
3 years of general finance and accounting experience
Insurance industry background a plus
3 years of experience managing resources in an Global Delivery Model
Ability to travel to Client Site as needed (NYC)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $97,700 - 179,200.CGI's benefits are offered to eligible professionals on their first day of employment to include:
