Develop and write test plans for software product development.Review and test processes and requirements documentation.Create reports, summarize test results, and communicate issues.Conduct testing to eliminate defects and reduce bug fixing.Use appropriate testing techniques to document failures and issues.Update testing status in trackers (Jira, Excel, etc.).Collaborate with the project team (business analysts, project managers, developers) on testing and development.Assist in developing user documentation and guides.Analyze defects and identify root causes.$100,000$48-49/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & ExperienceBachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.4+ years as a Quality Assurance Tester.Knowledge of Salesforce or AWS platforms.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
