The Quality Control Inspector is a position responsible for product inspection and in process testing as specified by established standards, guidelines, and protocols. * Use SAP and computer to retrieve and read technical specifications. * Perform hourly inspection, test, and measure materials or products being produced while in process in 2 or more areas/departments. * Measure product using standards comparison and other Quality Control equipment. * Report inspection results and test data completely, accurately, and timely. * Report problems to QC and Operations Supervisors/Managers. * Approve or hold lots after inspection depending on AQL results. * Monitor and confirm production operations conform to specifications or customers requirements. * Ensure and document Line Clearance. * Ensure and verify Critical Process Parameter Line Set Up. * Determine sampling plan based on AQL, specifications, etc. * Collection & processing of various samples (micro, retain, customer, etc.). * Working familiarity with cGMPs and GDP - raise violations to supervisor level. Job Requirements * Basic arithmetic * Basic computer skills (knowledge of SAP is desirable) * MS word and excel * Ability to verbally communicate, read and write English 7am-3:15
