QC Inspector - Direct - Hampton, NH Essential Functions
- Inspect incoming materials utilizing microscopes and measuring instrument: calipers, gauges, micrometers and comparators.
- Document and calculate test results
- Identify non-conforming product through the NC and MRB process.
- Hazardous and non-hazardous wastes handling and storage
- Maintain records
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
Requirements
- Strong document Control experience
- Experience in Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL).
- Ability to perform inspections via drawings
- Working knowledge of QMS systems ISO 13485
- Knowledge of ISO and GMP procedures and cGDP and cGMP Medical Device Manufacturing
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years related experience.
- Recent experience working in a quality environment
- Ability to perform and document test data.
